I build AI tools for environmental review and permitting, and work on AI policy for science and international partnerships. I'm a Senior Program Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy, where I lead the Data Center Engagement Team. I came to DOE as a Presidential Innovation Fellow; before that I was a product manager at Microsoft, working on performance, battery life, and sustainability for operating systems, applications, and silicon.
